Justin is a true professional. My realtor recommended a list of inspections services and I called each of them. Wanting to expand my choices I found a few other inspections services on my own one of them being Allco. From the moment I spoke with Justin, I was impressed. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and his pricing was the most competitive. Throughout the process (from explaining each service to scheduling) Justin was extremely customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. On the day of inspection, he arrived early and did a thorough inspection. My wife and I met Justin out at the property after he completed his inspection and he walked us through each step of the house highlighting and explaining each inspection item. As this is our first home purchase, we wanted to make sure the inspection was thorough. Justin’s report (which he promptly emailed the next morning) was extremely detailed with great photos showing each area inspected. This inspection report helped us feel confident that we were purchasing a solid home and the recommendations for the items that needed addressing were invaluable. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that Justin and Allco is the way business should be conducted. A true professional and a tremendous value.

Buying a house is stressful especially your first house. I did some research online them picked about 6 companies to call and find the right home inspector. I picked Justin based on our conversation and friendliness. He answered all my questions and seemed knowledgeable. He was one of the home inspectors that would allow my hubby to be there during the entire process. It's our first home and that was important to us. Justin was able to get us in pretty quick and we got our report in less then 24 hours. I highly recommend Justin.

Not only were we a first time home buyer, but we were also purchasing a new build home. This company was great to work with and was very professional. As a buyer of our first home this company was great to work with. We used ALLCO to have a home inspection, sewer scope, and radon test completed. They were quick to respond as well as answered any questions we had thoroughly. They both worked very professionally, including covering their shoes in the home to prevent tracking in dirt. We recieved full reports quickly after each test was completed for us to review. I highly recommend this company and would use them in the future.

I had kind of an odd case where I had a buyer needing a 2 year certification was under a time crunch for their loan. I talked to a live person at Allco right away, got very quick email responses and very fast inspection for a great price. They came to my house in Fort Collins for no extra charge. They were honest and straightforward about everything! Also detailed about everything they found; I know this because I looked at the roof myself several times. Stop stressing over finding a home inspector and call Allco! I am one of those people who creates excel spreadsheets to compare my options when it comes to making decisions like this, and I can say with 100% confidence that you should make the decision to use Allco! After doing my due diligence to find a reputable inspection company, I decided to choose them. They did an inspection on a house that I was going to buy, and they were very detailed in their findings. Everything was explained in detail to me, and the report they sent to me was incredibly detailed with the list of findings, suggestions to fix the issues, and pictures. I was able to make the important decision not to buy the house because of the severe issues that they found in the inspection. I ended up using them again when I found another house, which I am closing on. My house has a crawl space, and the inspector was not afraid to crawl under there and get his hands dirty. I highly recommend them to anyone! You will not be disappointed!
